Compensation:
 Base Salary
 Annual compensation review

Performance Bonus:
 Based on Store and Personal Sales Goals Achievement

Management purchase discounts for personal use:
 Manager: Cost
 Assistant Manager: Cost + 10%

Management purchase discounts for other use after initial orientation and training program completion:
 Manager: Cost
 Assistant Manager: Cost + 10%

Management Clothing Allowance:
 Manager: $1000 (at retail) per fiscal year, for personal use only and primarily for work
 Assistant Manager: $500 (at retail) per fiscal year, for personal use only and primarily for work

Vacation based on length of service:
 After 1 year continuous employment 5.5 days paid vacation
 After 2 years continuous employment 11 days paid vacation
 After 10 years continuous employment 16.5 days paid vacation
 After 15 years continuous employment 21.5 days paid vacation

Holidays for Eligible Management:
 Paid for closed Holidays and open Holidays when not scheduled

Sick Leave:
 5 working days paid leave after 1 year of continuous employment
 7 working days paid leave after 2 years of continuous employment
 10 working days paid leave after 3 years of continuous employment

Pre-Tax Benefit Plans:
 Voluntary benefit to allow employee to increase spendable income

Health Care Insurance Pre-Tax option:
 Comprehensive medical insurance coverage including hospitalization, surgical, paid prescriptions and major medical available to qualified employees and eligible dependents.
 90 days of consecutive employment
 35 hours per week
 3 plan options to qualified employees
 RCC pays 75% of basic plan monthly premiums of plan 2 for all employee
 For Salaried Exempt employees RCC pays 50% of basic plan monthly premiums of plan 2 for Employee/Spouse, Employee/Children or Employee/Spouse & Children
 Vision coverage for all employees enrolled in Health Care Plan

Dental Insurance Pre-Tax option:
 Dental coverage available to qualified employees and eligible dependents.
 90 days of consecutive employment
 35 hours per week
 RCC pays 25% of monthly premiums

Cancer Care Expense Insurance:
 Pre- Tax Supplemental Cancer Insurance - employee paid

Short Term Disability Insurance:
 Employee paid
 Available to all regular employees working 20 hours or more per week
 90 days of consecutive employment
 Covers accidents and sicknesses for up to 13 weeks
 Weekly benefits are 66.67% of your weekly pay up to a maximum of $750 per week
 Benefits begin on the 10th day of absence due to accident or illness

Long Term Disability Insurance:
 Employee paid
 Available to all regular employees working 20 hours or more per week
 90 days of consecutive employment
 Covers Accidents and Sicknesses
 Benefits are 60% of monthly earnings up to a maximum of $5,000 per month
 Benefits begin after 90 days of absences due to a covered accident or illness

401K Savings Plan:
 Employee pre-tax savings plan available to eligible employees
 After 1 year continuous service and 1000 hour of work hours during that year
 Minimum 21 years old
 1% to 15% of your salary through payroll deductions
 RCC has historically matched up to 6% in contributions.

RCC Hourly Benefits Overview

Compensation:

 Guaranteed Hourly Pay Plus Commission Program (Not applicable for Non-exempt Assistant Manager)

Employee Personal Purchase Discounts:
 Non-exempt Assistant Manager same as Exempt Assistant Manager
 Regular hourly employee discount is Cost +10% for personal use
 Temporary hourly employee discount 20% for personal use

Other Employee Purchase Discounts after initial orientation and training program completion:
 Non-exempt Assistant Manager Same as Exempt Assistant Manager
 20% off retail for any purchase other than personal
 Not applicable for Temporary Employees

Vacation based on length of service and average 20 hours work time per week:
 After 1 year continuous employment regular employees 5 averaged workdays of paid vacation
 After 2 years continuous employment regular employees 10 averaged workdays of paid vacation
 After 10 years continuous employment regular employees 15 averaged workdays of paid vacation
 After 15 years continuous employment regular employees 20 averaged workdays of paid vacation

Holidays for Eligible Employees:
 7 paid holidays off, if occur on a normal work day
 Work on holiday and receive double pay for the hours actually worked

Sick Leave:
 Regular full time employees working and average of 20 hours per week:
 5 average working days paid leave after 1 year of continuous employment
 7 average working days paid leave after 2 years of continuous employment
 10 average working days paid leave after 3 years of continuous employment
