Linda Gooch
Human Resources Manager


Linda started with RCC in March 2001. She has been in the Retail business since 1973. Linda has held all positions in a ladies fashion retail store from Freight, Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager and Owner. Linda was the Manager of her own ladies fashion retail stores.

Linda came to RCC from Spiegel Catalog where she had been for 10 years. Spiegel Catalog formally trained her in Human Resources. She was the Human Resources Manager for a retail call center employing over 600 people.

Linda has been married to her husband, Mike, since 1963. They have known each other all of their lives and have always been best friends. Linda and Mike have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren that are the joy of their lives. Linda enjoys her family and going ATVing in the Beautiful Black Hills.
