Mr. Hoover has a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Northeast Missouri State (now Truman University) in Kirksville, Missouri. He obtained his MBA with a marketing emphasis from the University of Iowa. Mr. Hoover's prior experience includes 17 years with McGladrey and Pullen in a consulting capacity where his responsibilities included market research, site location work, marketing and financial feasibility studies and strategic planning. Mr. Hoover purchased a primary ownership position in RCC Western Stores, Inc. in August of 1988. Mr. Hoover serves as President (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for RCC Western Stores, Inc..
