Rosie joined RCC in September 2006 as an Apparel Buyer. She has an extensive background in South Dakota Ranching and Farming. Rosie came to RCC with 25+ years of Retail Experience.

Manager and Regional Supervisor for Maurices in SD, ND, and MN.

Store Director of Victoria's Secret.

General Merchandise Manager and Buyer at Black Hills & Sturgis Harley-Davidson.
