Mr. Sheets graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Nebraska in 1972. He served proudly in the United States Navy (Active and Reserve) as a Pilot for 20 years. Mr. Sheets has worked as a Commercial Airline Pilot (American Airlines) and and started his Western Retail career in 1981.

Mr. Sheets and wife Pat have been married since 1968, have 3 married daughters and 8 grand children.

Mr. Sheets started with RCC Western Stores Inc. in 1991. The positions he has previously held with RCC Western Stores Inc. are:

  • Store Manager
  • District Manager
  • Regional Manager
  • Vice President / Director of Stores
